Woman creates 'not reaching' pouch to prevent black deaths during police traffic stops

A Pennsylvania woman is capturing national headlines for a pouch she created that she hopes will help protect African American drivers during traffic stops with police.

The see-through pouch reads “Not Reaching” at the top and is designed to hold three items: driver’s license, insurance card and registration.
